Privacy Policy
This policy covers matters specific to the stem pan visualizer "Stemscape" (stemscape.freqprism.com). Anything not addressed here is governed by the FreqPrism common privacy policy linked at the end of this page.
1. In-browser processing (audio)
Audio files you load into Stemscape are processed entirely within your browser. They are not uploaded to the operator's servers, and the operator does not receive, view, or store them. Network communication only occurs when loading the demo, in order to fetch the demo audio files from this site.
2. Information stored on your device
The following information is stored in your browser's localStorage. All of it is kept only on your device and is never sent externally. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
- The display size (width and height) of the pan map
- Your display language choice (Japanese / English)
3. Analytics
Stemscape uses Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js), provided by Google LLC, to understand usage and improve the app. Google Analytics uses cookies.
The custom events Stemscape sends to Google Analytics and their parameters are as follows. File names and file contents themselves are never sent.

In addition, Google Analytics automatically collects information such as the page URL, referrer, approximate location, browser/OS, and device type. This information may be processed by Google LLC in countries outside your own, including the United States. For how Google handles data, see the Google Privacy Policy.
If you do not want your usage to be collected by analytics, you can opt out in the following ways.

- Disable cookies in your browser settings, or clear the site data
